60-90 minutes
Telemedicine Visit
Convenient virtual visit from the comfort of your home for consultations, follow-ups, and non-emergency care.
20-30 minutes
Follow-up Appointment
Review results, adjust treatment plans, discuss VA decisions, or address additional documentation needs.

- Valid photo ID
- Insurance card (if applicable)
- List of current medications
- Any relevant medical records

- DD-214 or service records
- VA decision letters (if any)
