Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment plans may be available for qualifying cases.

All prices include the evaluation appointment, records review, and final documentation. There are no additional fees for telehealth visits or document delivery.

Insurance
VA evaluation services (Nexus letters, DBQs) are not typically covered by insurance or the VA. These are out-of-pocket expenses. However, these services may help you obtain or increase your VA disability rating, which provides monthly tax-free compensation.
